Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Process Manager to join our Riyadh, Saudi Arabia team. The successful candidate will champion business process excellence, standardize and automate workflows, and lead digital transformation initiatives for the region. Collaborating closely with Business Process Owners, agency teams, and regional leadership, you will enhance operational efficiency, governance, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of processes to identify improvement, automation, and digitalization opportunities.
- Promote and implement standardized best practices across regional agencies.
- Design optimized workflows to boost operational performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives within various business functions.
- Assess and develop automation projects including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and workflow tools.
- Work in partnership with IT and business stakeholders on technology-driven process enhancements.
- Lead business process improvement projects particularly focusing on Sales and Customer Service areas.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communication, and ensure smooth implementation.
- Facilitate change management efforts to secure adoption of new processes and systems.
- Monitor regional performance indicators and process metrics, analyze data, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare performance reports and advise leadership on operational effectiveness improvements.
- Develop and deliver training programs for Business Process Specialists within the network.
- Build and maintain strong collaborations with Business Process Owners, agency teams, and regional stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain alignment throughout project phases.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Proven background in Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Process Excellence, Business Transformation, or Project Management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and adept at managing diverse stakeholders.
- Capability to convert business needs into actionable and sustainable process solutions.
- Familiarity with process mining tools and methodologies is advantageous.
- Experience in shipping, logistics, transportation, or supply chain sectors preferred.
Preferred Certifications
- Project Management certifications such as PMP, PMI, Agile, or Scrum.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt credential.
- Change Management certifications like CCMP or COPC.
