React Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a proficient and meticulous React Developer to design, develop, and uphold modern, responsive, and efficient web applications. This role requires translating business and technical specs into scalable user interfaces and working closely with designers, backend developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain responsive web apps using React with modern JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Develop reusable, scalable UI components and front-end frameworks.
• Convert UI/UX designs and business needs into functional, user-friendly interfaces.
• Connect front-end applications to RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Implement state management, routing, form management, and client-side validation as necessary.
• Enhance application performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and browser compatibility.
• Identify and fix technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code adhering to development standards.
• Engage in code reviews, testing, debugging, and ongoing improvement of development methods.
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, QA, and product teams throughout development cycles.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to frontend architecture standards.
• Keep updated with React ecosystem advancements, frontend technologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Strong command of React, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript.
• Sound knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern frontend development.
• Experience with React Hooks, component architecture, state management, and reusable UI elements.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, asynchronous programming, and integrating frontend with backend.
• Basic understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Exposure to frontend tools like Vite, Webpack, npm is a plus.
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks is favorable.
• Thorough understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility standards, security, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, debugging abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Attention to detail and dedication to high-quality user experiences.
• Proficient English communication, both verbal and written.
