Role Overview

This Product Manager position is a critical role within the Future Courts Management System (fCMS) initiative—Singapore's judiciary digital transformation effort. Serving as a bridge between users and technology, the role involves overseeing the product domain from conception through delivery aligned with program goals. The position works with judicial officers, legal professionals, court administrators, and the public to reimagine and improve court service delivery digitally—not merely replacing legacy systems but transforming accessibility, responsiveness, and legislative adaptation.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with judges, lawyers, court staff, and stakeholders to identify core user problems and pain points worth addressing.
• Make informed prioritization decisions on features and improvements based on solid evidence and outcome potential.
• Implement value delivery incrementally using contemporary product and engineering practices to manage risk and allow iterative learning.
• Define and apply meaningful success metrics, utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to guide ongoing enhancements.
• Communicate product problems, rationale, priorities, and trade-offs clearly to foster alignment across cross-functional stakeholders and development teams.

Candidate Profile
