Product Manager

About the Role

Anradus Pte Ltd is looking for a Product Manager for a 1-year contract position based in City Hall, Singapore. This role operates full-time onsite with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (shortened to 5:30 PM on Fridays). The compensation includes a basic salary plus a completion bonus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with stakeholders and users to gather their needs and clearly outline the problems that require solutions.
• Develop proposals to justify resource allocation and acquire funding for projects.
• Establish success criteria and create dashboards for monitoring product performance and advancement.
• Identify key assumptions, formulate product strategies, and plan initiatives to meet product objectives.
• Create and manage the product roadmap while collaborating with team members to meet set timelines.
• Coordinate thoroughly with designers and engineers to build, test, and launch products.
• Assess product results and use insights to continuously enhance the product and user experience.
• Encourage and assist users to increase product adoption and efficient use.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Proven track record in delivering quantifiable business or product results.
• Experience collaborating with design and engineering teams through the complete product development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities, including engaging senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, juggle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Familiarity with tools like Confluence, JIRA, or Balsamiq is a plus.
• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional are advantageous.
