Role Overview

The Painter will be entrusted with maintaining the appearance and condition of various properties by performing general painting duties internally and externally within set timeframes. This role contributes to preserving the high standards and facilities that Nua Healthcare prides itself on.

Main Duties

  • Uphold the organisation's mission, vision, and values
  • Maintain the upkeep of company properties through painting tasks
  • Complete both internal and external painting jobs thoroughly and neatly
  • Communicate with management regarding requirements for major repairs or additions
  • Attend to lighting, heating, and ventilation equipment related to property upkeep
  • Submit relevant reports and documentation as required
  • Ensure safe maintenance of property and equipment
  • Report unsafe conditions promptly to management
  • Adhere strictly to company safety and security guidelines
  • Work efficiently and participate in rotational on-call duties
