Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and organised Merchandiser to oversee a specific region within Perth Metro, ensuring that our products achieve excellent visibility and that our brand is prominently represented in stores. This permanent full-time position is field-based and involves regular travel throughout your designated customer territory.
Key Duties
- Create attractive product displays that increase shelf presence and customer engagement.
- Keep inventory stocked, uphold high presentation standards, and accurately follow planograms.
- Coordinate in-store promotional activities to enhance marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with store personnel to resolve stock-related issues and ensure brand consistency.
- Deliver precise reporting and maintain a professional demeanor across all retail locations.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and capable of working autonomously with limited oversight. Specific requirements include:
- Physical ability to handle and lift product cases weighing up to 16 kg over prolonged periods (8 hours per day).
- Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with a passion for excellent product presentation.
- Professional appearance and confidence when representing the brand at customer sites.
- Effective time management skills to meet scheduled service visits.
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail environments, field operations, or a related field is considered beneficial.
