Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and implementation of business development initiatives.
- Prepare and compile proposals, presentations, and reports related to business development efforts.
- Keep meticulous records and documentation for all business development activities.
- Handle calendar management and coordinate meetings for the business development team.
- Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries and information requests.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure messaging and promotional materials are aligned with business development goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any field of study.
- Have a minimum of two years’ experience in private banking or within the high-net-worth (HNW) sector, with a preference for experience in wealth planning and insurance teams.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Exhibit strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Have excellent English and Mandarin verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
