Junior Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Analyst to join our expanding team in Frankfurt, Germany. This full-time position involves supporting business operations through detailed data collection, analysis, and interpretation to facilitate well-informed decisions. Core Responsibilities

• Gather, structure, and evaluate data from multiple sources.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Detect patterns, trends, and potential areas to enhance business outcomes.
• Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Assist senior analysts with research, forecasting, and business assessments.
• Maintain data consistency and systematically organized records.
• Work collaboratively with different departments to collect business needs and insights.
• Contribute to documenting processes and propose improvements to workflows.
• Conduct market and industry research as necessary.
• Perform other related analytical and administrative duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or an equivalent practical background.
• Strong analytical thinking abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Competence in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis methodologies and reporting.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively on individual tasks and as part of a team.
• A willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient English language skills; knowledge of German is advantageous but not compulsory.
