Job Overview

We are seeking a Home Delivery Driver to join our dedicated team at Iceland Foods based in Blackwood, Wales. This role suits individuals who enjoy staying active, appreciate independence, and value direct interaction with customers as the face of our company.

Key Duties

• Follow proper procedures for safe van loading, including heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Adhere strictly to safe driving practices at all times.
• Perform thorough vehicle checks before each shift.
• Ensure food items are delivered to customers in excellent condition.
• Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
• Assist with in-store tasks when necessary.
• Work autonomously and manage your schedule effectively.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility, as shifts may occur anytime between 6am and 11pm.

Requirements

• Possession of a full driving license held for a minimum of three years, with no more than six penalty points.
• A positive, friendly attitude and dedication to providing excellent customer experiences.
• Reliability and punctuality with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of road safety principles.
