The Guest Environment Expert plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the entire hotel, contributing to a memorable and exceptional guest experience beyond just clean rooms and fresh beds.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage various housekeeping duties including cleaning guest rooms and public spaces, fulfilling guest requests, and restocking carts.
• Ensure that work is conducted safely and adhere strictly to company policies, quality standards, and confidentiality protocols.
• Maintain a professional personal appearance, uniform, and communication style.
• Physically capable of standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and handling objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned to contribute to overall hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
