Work Schedule

Primary Duties

• Provide care that is safe, confidential, and respectful at all times
• Assist individuals with daily activities through verbal or physical prompts to encourage independence, covering areas like personal goal achievement, meal preparation, cleaning, transportation, and social interaction
• Keep accurate, timely records of progress and shifts
• Work collaboratively with the Designated Developmental Professional and office staff to deliver quality care

Candidate Qualifications

• No previous experience required; comprehensive training will be provided
• Minimum age of 18 years
• High school diploma or GED preferred; a literacy test may be accepted alternatively
• Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
• Have reliable transportation along with current auto insurance
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
