Role Overview
This role focuses on operational tasks related to audiobook content quality. The associate will be responsible for listening to audio files extensively using headsets and identifying as well as rectifying problems found within the content. Resolution of issues must follow prescribed procedures using the provided software tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehend and consistently follow established standard operating procedures.
- Carefully analyze audio content to detect any discrepancies or issues.
- Utilize available technological resources efficiently to address and fix identified problems.
- Escalate problems or deviations to designated teams or owners in line with company protocols.
- Engage in communication with both internal teams and external parties as necessary.
- Maintain compliance with service level agreements and adhere to target average handling times.
- Achieve pre-assigned productivity targets alongside maintaining expected quality benchmarks.
- Exercise sound judgement in decision-making based on observations and guidelines.

Qualifications
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of products and related applications.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of professional experience.
