Key Responsibilities
- Prepare real food by hand daily at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Deliver attentive and friendly customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold Chipotle's high standards for food and service quality.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrate a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Show passion for helping and serving both customers and coworkers.
- Eagerness to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Meet minimum age requirement of 16 years.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the workplace.
