Responsibilities

• Maintain impeccable food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring all stations remain clean, organized, and ready for audits.

• Manage the physical and time pressures associated with a fast-moving bakery environment confidently and efficiently.

Requirements

• Possess a formal baking qualification or an equivalent industry credential.
• Have prior experience working in a high-paced bakery setting.

Work Schedule

Roster option: Tuesday to Saturday, starting early mornings at 3:00 AM and finishing at 1:00 PM, providing the benefit of free afternoons.
