Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Auxiliary Pastry Assistant to join our team in Praia Grande (Jardim Samambaia). This role supports the confectionery department in various preparatory and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients required for pastry production.
- Assist with the preparation of doughs, fillings, and toppings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and utensils.
- Support product presentation and packaging for sale.
Desired Experience and Qualifications
- Completion of high school education.
- Prior relevant experience is necessary, preferably in roles such as Pastry Assistant, Kitchen Helper, Confectionery Assistant, or Baker's Assistant.
