About the Role
Step into a more senior recruitment role as an Associate Partner at Davidson Executive & Talent. This position is ideal for recruiters with established networks and a desire to engage in higher-level conversations and appointments. You will work closely with experienced leaders to manage senior and executive search assignments from initial briefing to final hiring.
Key Duties
- Manage senior and executive recruitment projects end-to-end.
- Develop and nurture trusted relationships with clients, candidates, and senior executives.
- Expand your market presence through business development, networking, and referrals.
- Provide insightful market and talent information during client discussions.
- Use structured methods to identify and evaluate high-potential candidates.
- Deliver experiences that foster long-term client and candidate engagement.
- Collaborate internally by sharing insights and relationships across the Davidson network.
Candidate Profile
- Several years of experience in recruitment, specialist recruitment, or executive search.
- Skilled in building client relationships and securing new business.
- Proficient in interviewing, assessing, and managing candidates.
- Commercially aware with solid knowledge of the relevant market.
- Confident in engaging with senior decision-makers.
- Curious, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Exhibits good judgement, integrity, and prioritizes candidate care.
