Role Overview

The Associate Motion & Graphic Designer plays a key role in crafting innovative and high-quality visual content aligned with Keus's brand standards. This creative position requires proficiency in motion graphics and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously under different deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate intimately with Operations and Product teams to develop and design business content that meets project and brand requirements.
• Create and maintain checklists to optimize project workflows and ensure consistency in branded materials.
• Continuously update and refine templates to keep brand content fresh and aligned with evolving guidelines.
• Report directly to the Senior Designer, providing updates and incorporating feedback to improve design quality and approach.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2 to 3 years of experience within an agency focused on branding and marketing design, with proven success in developing compelling brand identities and marketing collateral.
• Advanced knowledge of design software including Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing concept development and execution across design and motion graphics projects.
• Demonstrated creativity and ability to invent novel design concepts and layouts that effectively engage audiences.
• Excellent visual communication skills capable of translating complex ideas into engaging designs.
