Role Overview
Venus Beauty is looking for an Admin Assistant to take care of day-to-day office administration, back up the sales function, and handle other tasks as assigned.
Frontline Clerical Support
- Manage incoming phone calls and respond to general questions.
- Welcome and assist visitors who come to the office or counter.
- Provide broad administrative support, including project-related coordination work.
Operational Support
- Enter invoice details into the system.
- Receive incoming stock deliveries.
- Move stock between locations as needed.
- Maintain inventory checks and control processes.
Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.45pm.
- Alternate Saturdays: 8.30am to 12.30pm.
Requirements
- Candidates must be based in the West area.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is required.
- Minimum O-Level qualification or an equivalent certificate, with passes in English, Chinese, and Mathematics.
- Must be fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers.
- Having at least 1 year of relevant experience will be an advantage.
- Should be a team player, quick to learn, energetic, and comfortable working independently in a busy environment.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Open only to Singaporeans.
