About the Internship
This internship focuses on fostering community engagement for Kannada-speaking users on the Eloelo platform. The role involves building strong connections with Kannada hosts, managing community discussions, and assisting in the development and implementation of strategies to boost user interaction and retention. The intern will also collaborate with content creators and analyze user feedback to enhance community experiences. Additionally, support with administrative duties and event organization, both virtual and physical, is expected to enhance community bonding.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with Kannada hosts on the Connecto platform to strengthen relationships and improve user retention rates.
- Oversee community forums, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Participate in designing and executing community engagement plans to drive higher user involvement.
- Work alongside the content team to create language-specific content that resonates with the Kannada-speaking community.
- Examine user feedback and patterns to uncover insights and suggest community enhancements.
- Facilitate the planning and promotion of online and offline community events to deepen user connections.
- Assist with various administrative responsibilities related to community oversight and communication.

- Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship based in Bangalore.
