Key Responsibilities

As a Guest Environment Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel, including windows, guest rooms, public areas, and supporting guest requests. This role requires readiness to perform hands-on tasks such as lifting or moving objects up to 50 pounds and being actively mobile throughout shifts.

Maintaining a safe workplace is a priority. You will be expected to strictly follow company policies and procedures, uphold confidentiality, consistently meet quality standards, and present yourself and communicate professionally with appropriate attire.
