Overview

VGM Consultant Pvt Ltd is actively seeking to fill multiple Telecaller positions with opportunities for immediate and mid-July start dates. A total of 105 openings are available across different processes, including standard and Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) streams, tailored for both freshers and experienced candidates.

Compensation

Salaries vary based on experience and process type: freshers in the non-DRA process earn ₹12,000 per month, while experienced individuals and those in the DRA process can earn up to ₹14,000 per month. Additional performance-based incentives are also offered to motivate and reward high achievers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage both outbound and inbound call operations.
• Engage with potential and existing customers to articulate products and services effectively.
• Follow up diligently with prospects demonstrating interest.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all calls and customer interactions.
• Consistently meet daily and monthly call targets.
• Maintain professionalism and clarity during all telephonic communications.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient communication skills in Punjabi and Haryanvi languages.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Confident speaking ability with a professional demeanor.
• Capability to thrive in an environment focused on meeting targets.
• Minimum educational qualification is completion of 12th grade or graduation.
• Experience up to 5 years is accepted, including freshers.

Additional Qualifications

• Previous experience in telecalling or customer support roles is a plus.
• Understanding of collection or DRA processes is preferred.
• Basic communication skills in Hindi and English are advantageous.
