Role Summary
This position provides project and operational administrative support to help Project Managers keep application systems running smoothly and efficiently. The role involves coordination across teams and contributes to technology projects and operational activities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the point of coordination for Project Managers on administration related to augmented resources and interns, including requisitions, timesheet follow-up, reflection reports, leave requests, and related tracking.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and offboarding of project team members, including security clearance processing and completion of onboarding/offboarding checklists.
- Support project administration tasks such as financial tracking and renewal monitoring for augmented resources.
- Maintain project and operations documentation and tracking records, including preparation support for audits.
- Monitor account compliance, vulnerability compliance, and incident logs, and compile operational data such as server usage and performance metrics for weekly operations meetings in line with key risk indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in project administration, PMO support, or a similar administrative role, ideally within IT or a comparable industry.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work on your own, take responsibility, and manage assigned deliverables.
- Understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Well-developed organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong analytical and writing skills.
