Job description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Store Manager to oversee daily activities within our store and warehouse. This role involves managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials while maintaining thorough and accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day store and warehouse functions including material reception, storage, and shipment.
- Keep detailed inventory documentation and perform periodic stock reconciliation.
- Track all inbound and outbound material movements with proper record-keeping.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain correct labeling, stacking, storage protocols, and security for all materials.
- Liaise with departments such as Purchase, Production, Sales, and Dispatch regarding material needs.
- Handle records including Goods Received Notes (GRNs), issue slips, delivery challans, and stock registers.
- Monitor and document instances of damaged, rejected, excess, or missing materials.
- Generate routine reports on inventory status and stock flow.
- Ensure adherence to 5S methodology, uphold store cleanliness, guarantee safety, and maintain discipline.

Maintaining the efficiency and organization of the warehouse and store environment is critical. Attention to detail and coordination with various teams are essential to meet operational requirements smoothly.
Compensation
The monthly salary offered for this position ranges between 20,000 and 28,000 INR.
