Role Overview

Our Store Crew positions are designed as entry-level roles offering flexible schedules tailored to your lifestyle. Typical duties include handling cash transactions, managing fuel sales, cleaning, stocking shelves, and for foodservice roles, preparing food and ensuring food safety standards. Beyond routine tasks, team spirit and enjoyable customer interactions define our work environment. Prior experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or food preparation is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training is provided to help you succeed.

Candidate Qualifications

• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service consistently
• Dedication to keeping a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment
• Competency in proper food preparation and presentation, including preparing popular items like coffee
• Accuracy in cash handling, fuel transaction processing, and promotion of the store’s loyalty program
• Adherence to health and safety regulations
• Ability to multi-task and perform physical activities such as standing, bending, reaching, and lifting items up to 50 pounds
