Role Overview

As an entry-level Store Crew Member, you will perform essential tasks including cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning duties, stocking products, and food preparation where applicable. This position offers flexible scheduling to suit your lifestyle. While prior cashier or foodservice experience is a plus, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training is provided.

What You Will Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging positively with shoppers.
• Manage cash and fuel transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store.
• Support food preparation tasks, ensuring adherence to health codes and excellent presentation.
• Promote loyalty and rewards programs effectively.
• Handle physical demands such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Additional Information

Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $22.78 per hour, subject to location-specific regulations. The company reserves the right to adjust pay and benefits and promotes equal employment opportunities, including consideration of applicants with criminal histories under applicable laws.
