Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, secure, and robust full-stack applications tailored to real user needs.
- Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and engineers to transform requirements into efficient technical solutions.
- Produce clean, maintainable, and tested code across frontend, backend, and infrastructure components.
- Engage actively in technical design discussions, contribute to architecture reviews, and uphold engineering standards.
- Own feature development from initial concept to deployment and continued upkeep.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
- Strong expertise in React (TypeScript), Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS cloud technologies.
- Basic proficiency in Python for data analysis and knowledge of Terraform infrastructure as code.
- Experience with CI/CD processes such as GitLab CI and agile development practices.
- Solid grasp of software architecture, distributed systems design, and creating resilient solutions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex programming challenges creatively.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information to diverse audiences.
- Self-driven, dependable, and dedicated to delivering quality results while fostering team success.
- Interest in generative AI and the online trust and safety domain is a plus.
