Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Associate to contribute to our business expansion by fostering strong client relationships and delivering outstanding sales service. This position involves recognizing client requirements, showcasing products or services, addressing inquiries, preparing quotations, following up on prospects, assisting sales operations, and keeping precise customer records.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach with the ability to assess needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Maintain strong organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable with using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and various sales tools.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and maintaining effective follow-up routines.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Possess solid problem-solving capabilities and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
