Compensation: Annual salary between $95,000 and $100,000 plus superannuation benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the store, dispensary, and team.
• Deliver professional patient counselling and comprehensive care solutions.
• Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently utilizing the MyScripts system.
• Manage and support Interns, Student Pharmacists, and dispensary Assistants.
• Handle dispensary inventory control and ordering processes.
• Assist in developing and expanding new business strategies.

Candidate Requirements

• At least three years' pharmacy or retail experience.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience within a busy retail pharmacy environment including dispensing, patient counselling, stock management, or operational duties is highly valued.
• Current registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA.
• Committed work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Good business insight and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will also need to clear a National Criminal History Check.
