Role overview
This position leads regional execution for Microsoft CSP growth across Africa. The focus is on building revenue, strengthening partner coverage, improving sales discipline, and ensuring strong operational control across forecasting, pricing, and renewals. The role reports to the Regional Business Head for Cloud/Microsoft, who owns the P&L.
What success looks like
- Hitting regional revenue goals as the main performance measure
- Expanding the channel base and activating more partners
- Improving partner productivity and their contribution to pipeline
- Growing new customer adds, seat growth, renewals, and recapture
- Keeping churn low and maintaining healthy pipeline coverage, quality, and conversion
Core responsibilities
- Take ownership of Microsoft CSP revenue delivery for the region and maintain predictable forecasting and clean pipeline management.
- Personally support high-priority opportunities and remove obstacles that slow down deal closure.
- Recruit, onboard, and scale partners so the CSP network expands across Africa.
- Ensure partners consistently acquire new customers, grow existing accounts, and renew business effectively.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with top CSP partners through joint business plans covering revenue, pipeline, acquisition, and renewals.
- Run a consistent monthly and quarterly execution rhythm with partners and internal teams.
- Work closely with Microsoft PSS and field teams to align on deals, inspect pipeline, and support co-sell activity.
- Conduct weekly revenue and pipeline reviews, monitor deal movement, track renewal risk, and drive recovery actions.
- Maintain strong execution discipline across the region and hold teams accountable for results.
- Guide Assistant Product Managers and Brand Sales Managers with a focus on the most impactful partners and opportunities.
- Own CSP pricing execution, including discount control and renewal pricing decisions, in coordination with business leadership.
- Lead proactive renewal and recapture efforts to reduce revenue leakage and limit churn.
Profile and experience
The role requires 8–12+ years of experience in Microsoft CSP, cloud distribution, or partner ecosystem functions. Candidates should have a clear track record of owning revenue targets, growing channels, and executing across multiple countries. A strong sales orientation, partner management capability, and disciplined execution style are essential.

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Nakuru, Kenya. The position follows a day shift schedule.
