Overview
Rooted Realm seeks a skilled Microbiologist to oversee and maintain fungal cultures with a focus on Cordyceps militaris and medicinal mushroom cultivation. The role prioritizes aseptic laboratory techniques, contamination prevention, quality monitoring, and research and development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the handling and culturing of fungal specimens, especially Cordyceps militaris.
- Maintain aseptic conditions within the laboratory environment.
- Implement measures to prevent contamination and ensure culture integrity.
- Continuously monitor quality standards during experiments and production.
- Conduct research and development aimed at improving medicinal mushroom cultivation processes.
Eligibility
