About the Role
KM Electronic Cables Pvt Ltd is seeking a Lead Generation Executive based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The role focuses on managing and streamlining the lead handling process to support the sales team and improve conversion rates.
Primary Responsibilities
- Handle and organize incoming leads from multiple channels efficiently.
- Systematically record and update lead information using Odoo CRM/ERP software.
- Distribute leads to relevant sales personnel based on appropriate criteria.
- Track follow-up activities to ensure timely engagement with prospective customers.
- Monitor lead progression stages, from initial enquiry through to final conversion.
- Liaise with sales executives to manage active and pending lead accounts.
- Compile and present daily and weekly reports on lead statuses and team performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and customer databases.
- Pursue follow-ups on leads that are missed, inactive, or pending.
- Coordinate internally to facilitate quotations, product info dissemination, and understanding customer requirements.
- Ensure all relevant lead data is promptly updated in the Odoo system.
- Detect any gaps in lead handling and escalate critical issues to the reporting manager.
- Assist sales teams in enhancing their effectiveness in converting leads and following up.
Additional Information
The position provides a monthly salary between 12,000 and 20,000 INR.
