About the Role
Neuralbits Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Hospital Implementation Executive for a field-oriented Healthcare IT position based primarily in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This role is focused on implementing PRESCO solutions within hospitals, providing hands-on support, staff training, and ensuring smooth operation of deployed software and hardware systems. Candidates should be prepared for frequent travel to client sites and must have access to a personal bike.
Primary Responsibilities
- Install and configure Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) software in various hospital departments.
- Provide both on-site and remote technical assistance to hospital staff.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to software, hardware, network, and applications.
- Set up peripherals such as tablets and printers required by hospital operations.
- Lead training sessions covering diverse hospital personnel including doctors, nurses, receptionists, billing, lab, and pharmacy teams.
- Assume full ownership of the implementation, training, and ongoing support of assigned hospital projects.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure issues are addressed promptly.
- Execute software maintenance, upgrades, and system health assessments.
- Document support activities and maintain accurate reports.
- Regularly travel to hospitals as needed.
Candidate Qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related area.
- Solid foundation in Windows operating systems, networking concepts, and fundamental SQL knowledge.
- Proficient in troubleshooting computer hardware and software challenges.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools and technologies such as ChatGPT and AI productivity applications.
- Excellent communication abilities and customer service skills.
- Willingness and ability to frequently travel to field locations.
- Experience range from fresh graduates up to 2 years; candidates with no experience but strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Preference will be given to those with prior exposure to Hospital Management Software (HIMS).
