Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-created code ensuring it meets quality standards and aligns with best development practices.
• Coordinate development schedules, prioritize tasks, and establish project objectives and deadlines.
• Address complex coding challenges using your expertise in Go during AI validation and integration phases.
• Conduct validation procedures to guarantee AI-generated code's accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Analyze codebases, provide detailed feedback, and promote a culture of innovation and continuous enhancement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related fields, or comparable experience.
• Minimum of three years’ software engineering experience demonstrating leadership capabilities.
• Deep proficiency with the Go programming language and adherence to software development best practices.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven systems and code generation technologies, including training large language models (LLMs).
• Active involvement in public GitHub repositories, contributing to feature enhancements and codebase optimizations.
