Overview

Blinkit is recruiting trustworthy and diligent Delivery Riders throughout India to join their delivery workforce. Successful candidates will be tasked with collecting grocery and daily-essential orders from specific Blinkit Dark Stores and ensuring their safe and timely delivery to customers.

Key Duties

• Pick up assigned orders from Blinkit Dark Stores.
• Ensure that grocery and daily essential items are delivered safely and punctually.
• Handle products with care to avoid damage or spillage.
• Utilize the Blinkit Delivery Application and GPS technology for efficient order management and navigation.
• Receive payments from customers when applicable.
• Keep delivery status updated via the app.
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and company safety protocols.
• Maintain courteous and professional interactions with customers.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Must own a bike or scooter.
• Possess an Android smartphone with active internet connectivity.
• Responsible and punctual attitude is essential.
• Required documents include Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, bank account details, and a passport-size photograph.

Earnings and Incentives

Salary ranges between ₹25,000 and ₹40,000 monthly with additional incentives up to ₹10,000, enabling total potential earnings of up to ₹50,000 per month. This varies by location, number of deliveries completed, hours worked, individual performance, and company policies. Opportunities exist for full-time and flexible work arrangements.
