Role Overview
As a Crew Member, you will contribute to creating an exceptional dining experience through hands-on food preparation with no reliance on freezers or microwaves, while embracing a team-oriented and customer-focused approach. Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food by hand daily across various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to create an inviting and positive atmosphere for guests.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support restaurant operations and uphold quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Possess a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Have a passion for serving and assisting customers and colleagues.
- Demonstrate willingness and eagerness to learn extensive food preparation skills.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the location.
