Java Development Internship (Work From Home)

About the internship

Amrata is looking for a motivated Java Development intern to join its remote team and contribute to real-world software projects. This opportunity is designed to help you strengthen your development skills while working with technologies used to build modern web applications.

During the internship, you will gain practical exposure to Java, MySQL, JSP, J2EE, Hibernate ORM, and Spring MVC while collaborating with the engineering team on development, testing, and implementation tasks.

What you will do

• Work with the development team to plan, build, and test Java-based applications.
• Create and support database-driven solutions using MySQL.
• Build interactive web pages with JSP and Spring MVC.
• Use J2EE components and frameworks to develop applications that can scale reliably.
• Apply Hibernate ORM for smoother and more efficient data handling.
• Take part in code reviews and share useful feedback with teammates.
• Keep up with current Java development practices, tools, and industry standards.

Who can apply

This internship is open to candidates who can work from home, can begin between 30 June 2026 and 4 August 2026, and are available for a 3-month duration. Applicants should have relevant skills and interest in Java development. Computer Science Engineering students are eligible, and women looking to start or restart their careers are also encouraged to apply.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 10,000 to INR 20,000.
