Warehouse Coordinator

Role Overview

Saleh & Abdulaziz Abahsain Co., Ltd. is hiring in Riyadh for a Parts Warehouse Coordinator. The role is focused on keeping spare parts inventory well organized, stored correctly, and moving efficiently through daily warehouse activities.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee spare parts inventory and maintain accurate stock handling.
• Ensure items are stored in the proper locations and warehouse space is used effectively.
• Support day-to-day warehouse coordination so operations run smoothly.
• Check incoming and outgoing shipments carefully and confirm that items match the expected quantities and details.
• Use warehouse systems and basic calculations to help manage inventory records.
• Work closely with teammates to support warehouse movement, handling, and coordination.

Required Background

• Prior experience working in a warehouse or inventory-focused role.
• Knowledge of construction machinery parts or related components.
• Comfort with simple math used in stock control and inventory tracking.
• Hands-on familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Careful approach to shipping and receiving tasks, with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items when needed.
• Forklift driving ability is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a similar field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in construction machinery or material handling within the Saudi market.
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
