Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Technology Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for technology and digital positions within a large, diversified organization in Abu Dhabi. The role is central to strengthening technical teams across several business units and supporting wider digital and technology transformation efforts.

What You'll Do

• Run the complete recruitment cycle for technology positions, from sourcing and screening through interviewing and offer coordination.
• Support delivery of hiring targets across multiple business units and priority initiatives.
• Maintain a positive candidate journey and keep hiring timelines on track.
• Create and implement focused sourcing plans to attract strong technology talent.
• Leverage LinkedIn, Boolean search methods, talent mapping, and networking to develop robust talent pipelines.
• Reach out to passive candidates for specialized and senior technical positions.
• Share market intelligence, talent availability trends, and compensation benchmarks.
• Evaluate candidates for both technical capability and cultural alignment.
• Monitor and present recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and hiring updates.
• Improve hiring workflows and sourcing results on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
• At least 7 years of recruitment experience, with a strong concentration in technology hiring.
• A demonstrated history of filling technical positions across different areas.
• Solid understanding of technology functions, role types, and skill requirements.
• Advanced sourcing capability using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and direct talent mapping.
• Background in large, diversified organizations or fast-scaling environments.
• Excellent stakeholder handling and communication skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, delivery-oriented setting.
• Strong accuracy, coordination, and organizational ability.
