Role overview

This opening is for a Senior Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer with extensive experience in enterprise Salesforce delivery. The role centers on building, configuring, integrating, and supporting Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud and related platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Work as a senior Sales Cloud developer with 7+ years of experience across features such as Leads, Opportunities, Forecasting, Pipeline Management, Campaigns, and Custom Objects.
• Develop using Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Aura components.
• Handle complex customization and deep integration work.
• Build and support integrations with external systems through REST, SOAP, Apex REST APIs, middleware tools such as Apigee and MuleSoft, platform events, and change data capture.
• Configure Salesforce solutions, including flows, validation rules, and security settings.
• Work across the Salesforce product suite, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community/Experience Cloud.
• Use deployment and source-control tools such as Gearset, Copado, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce releases.
• Improve performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability of solutions.
• Use project tracking and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Provide support and enhancements for existing Salesforce applications.
• Follow Salesforce best practices and help improve internal processes and documentation.
• Contribute to enterprise-scale Salesforce projects delivered in both waterfall and agile environments.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of Salesforce development experience, specifically in Sales Cloud.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Proven experience with complex integrations and advanced custom development.
• Practical experience with Salesforce configuration features such as flows, validation rules, and security controls.
• Good understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience using Gearset, Copado, Git, and CI/CD practices for Salesforce deployments.
• Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
• Exposure to both waterfall and agile delivery methods.
