Role overview
We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator in Dublin, Ireland to help keep a busy hiring operation running smoothly. This six-month contract pays €21.20 per hour and is focused on creating a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange telephone and in-person interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Publish vacancies and upload job adverts to relevant job boards.
- Handle candidate updates and communication at every stage of the hiring process.
- Develop and preserve working relationships with recruitment agencies and important internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with renewals and extensions for temporary staff and contractors.
- Keep recruitment information, trackers, and records accurate and up to date.
- Put together induction materials and support onboarding-related tasks.
Experience and fit
The ideal applicant will have prior experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration and be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
