Role overview
A growing construction business in the Dungannon/Tyrone area of Northern Ireland is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join its team. Projects are based across Northern Ireland, with a strong pipeline of secured work planned over the coming years. The company offers an immediate interview process and can support an early start.

What you'll do
- Build pricing for upcoming and completed jobs, along with other commercial project activities.
- Collect reliable cost information from site teams, subcontractors, and internal systems to support correct invoicing.
- Spot variations, check them thoroughly, and make sure pricing is clear and defensible.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports on completed work.
- Review project progress, financial performance, and any risks or concerns, then share findings with management, clients, or site teams.
- Monitor project spending to ensure it stays aligned with submitted tender rates.
- Act as a link between site personnel, leadership, and clients.
- Make sure contracts, cost controls, ISO standards, and health & safety requirements are followed.
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying is preferred.
- Strong background in financial reporting and managing documentation well.
- A third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying, construction, or a closely related field.
- Good planning, organisation, and contract administration abilities.
- Strong confidence in presentations, reporting, and day-to-day communication.
- A full driving licence and the ability to travel to sites across Northern Ireland when needed.
