RAPP New York is hiring a Project Manager to support its award-winning Program Management team. In this position, you will own the coordination of client work from kickoff through completion, making sure projects move smoothly, stay organized, and are delivered with a high standard of quality.

Your Impact
As the Project Manager, you will serve as the central organizer for client projects, keeping teams aligned, timelines on track, and delivery moving forward. The role is best suited to someone who is highly organized, collaborative, solutions-focused, and comfortable working across digital, platform, and CRM-driven programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the flow of each project by working with internal teams and clients from the initial request through final delivery.
- Interpret client needs and turn them into clear deliverables, assumptions, estimates, scopes of work, and schedules.
- Partner with resource management to ensure the right people are available at the right stages of the project.
- Oversee multiple projects at once while staying within budget and schedule limits, tracking progress, flagging risks, and escalating issues when needed to protect client commitments and agency profitability.
- Own quality assurance for assigned work and help maintain delivery standards throughout the process.
- Drive project closeout activities and lead retrospective discussions after completion.
- Run productive meetings and conference calls, and ensure notes and action items are documented and followed up on promptly.
- Support and improve agency workflow by promoting strong process adherence and high-quality output.
Requirements
- Between 2 and 5 years of relevant project management experience, specifically in digital and direct mail campaign management within an advertising or media agency.
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships with both internal teams and external partners while managing expectations across the project lifecycle.
- Experience using project management methods and tools; familiarity with Workfront is considered an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work Model
This role follows a hybrid setup. Employees are expected to collaborate in person while also having the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this New York City position is $66,000 to $79,000. The role is exempt.
