Office Productivity Hacks is hiring a strategic, customer-oriented Product Manager in Australia to guide the creation and rollout of products that solve real user problems and support business growth. This role is centered on shaping product direction, turning customer and market insights into action, and working closely with teams across the business to deliver strong outcomes.
What you'll do
- Set the product direction, define the roadmap, and make sure it stays aligned with wider business goals.
- Collect and review customer feedback, market movements, and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
- Rank features, improvements, and initiatives according to their business value and customer importance.
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to bring products to market successfully.
- Create clear product requirements, user stories, and measures of success that support execution.
- Track product results, user engagement, and key metrics, then use the findings to improve the product continuously.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, from early concept and development through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Represent customer needs and promote a strong user experience across every stage of the product journey.
