Role Overview
The company is looking for an experienced Performance Manager to take ownership of performance management initiatives, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and help build a culture centered on accountability and continuous improvement. In this role, you will create performance frameworks, review business and workforce metrics, and work closely with leaders to improve outcomes for individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and roll out performance management strategies that support overall business objectives.
- Build and oversee review cycles, goal-setting structures, and employee evaluation programs.
- Track key performance indicators across the organization, departments, and individual employees.
- Work with business leaders to identify performance shortfalls and shape improvement plans.
- Review workforce and operational data to generate practical insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to talent development, succession planning, and employee advancement initiatives.
- Lead performance calibration discussions and help maintain consistency in assessment practices.
- Prepare dashboards, management reports, and executive presentations.
- Encourage a workplace culture built on accountability, regular feedback, and strong performance.
- Support adherence to company policies and accepted performance management standards.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Management, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in performance management, organizational development, HR management, business performance, or a related function.
- At least 2 years of experience leading performance improvement work or managing performance programs is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of performance management frameworks, KPI creation, and organizational effectiveness practices.
- Hands-on experience with workforce analytics, reporting, and performance evaluation tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and strategic judgment.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence leaders and help drive a performance-oriented culture.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, performance management systems, and business intelligence tools is an advantage.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
