Night Cleaner/Concierge

Role overview

This is a permanent full-time night role based at Abian in Brisbane, within the Housekeeping function of the CMS - QLD team at Bright & Duggan Property Group. The position is central to keeping the property clean, secure, and well run during overnight hours.

What the role involves

• Carry out cleaning work throughout the night so that all areas remain at a consistently high standard.
• Keep watch over the premises and support site security during overnight operations.
• Respond to resident or guest questions and requests in a helpful and professional manner.
• Escalate maintenance concerns or safety hazards to the appropriate teams without delay.
• Work in line with health and safety requirements at all times.
• Cooperate with other team members to help the night shift run smoothly.

Key duties

• Clean assigned spaces thoroughly, including shared areas, bathrooms, and other facilities as needed.
• Complete regular patrols to help maintain a safe environment for residents and visitors.
• Deliver courteous, efficient customer service when dealing with enquiries or requests.
• Record and communicate incidents or issues clearly and according to company process.
• Follow the agreed procedures for emergencies or unusual situations that may arise overnight.
