Role Overview
The company is seeking a motivated, goal-focused Lead Generation Specialist to help identify and qualify new business opportunities. The right candidate should have experience creating opportunities in telecoms, architecture, renewable energy, and general engineering, along with a strong record of successful lead generation and conversion.
Key Duties
- Carry out market research to find prospective clients through online research tools, databases, and social channels.
- Investigate current and upcoming infrastructure and construction projects that fit the company’s expertise and may open new market opportunities.
- Bring in fresh business prospects through outbound activity such as cold emails, phone calls, social selling, and networking.
- Build and maintain prospect relationships through steady follow-up so future opportunities can develop.
- Screen and qualify leads by reviewing technical needs, business objectives, and budget fit.
- Handle inbound enquiries and follow up on marketing-led campaigns.
- Work consistently toward weekly and monthly targets, meeting or surpassing performance goals.
Skills and Experience
- Ability to research and interpret data effectively.
- Clear communication and strong people skills.
- Confidence in persuasion and negotiation.
- Good organisation and time management.
- Comfort using CRM systems and marketing platforms.
- Self-driven, proactive, and focused on targets.
