About the Role

Parsons is hiring an experienced Lead, Community Management in Qatar to oversee community management services for a master community. The position focuses on the administration, secretarial coordination, financial tracking, and property management of shared facilities across the development. You will partner with developers, regulators, residents, and internal teams to help maintain a safe, efficient, and high-standard community environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the rollout of community management plans and help ensure they align with approved policies and guidelines.
  • Prioritize and coordinate the closure of maintenance requests for shared and common-use facilities.
  • Spot operational issues within the master community and recommend actions that improve site and facility performance.
  • Apply the master developer’s regulations, including community declarations and usage rules, and ensure compliance.

  • Prepare the annual master community budget and route it for required approvals.
  • Oversee facility operations, business activities, maintenance, administration, and the enhancement of real estate assets within the master community.
  • Carry out quarterly and yearly reconciliations of amounts collected and balances still due.
  • Implement governance documents such as the Master Community Declaration, Rules of Use, and related policies.
  • Draft and circulate community notices, communications, and event information on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

  • Experience in Qatar or across the GCC is an advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for dealing with developers, authorities, and community stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several projects and issues of different complexity levels.
  • Good negotiation and conflict-resolution capability for handling escalated community concerns.
