Job description
Position Summary
This full-time role focuses on supporting the packing department by verifying the accuracy of packed tickets based on manufacturing and client requirements. The role demands adherence to company policies while maintaining productivity and quality standards, alongside delivering excellent service to both internal teams and external customers. Opportunities exist to suggest process enhancements for operational efficiency.
Essential Duties
- Follow detailed verbal and written instructions to perform tasks.
- Check that ticket names correspond accurately to their labels (flares).
- Confirm that all relevant information sheets accompany the products.
- Ensure consistent and correct packing of game products.
- Inspect win-code tickets for correct series and check numbers on win-code slips.
- Verify color and series numbers on both flare and box labels.
- Identify and report quality discrepancies or inconsistencies to the line lead.
- Confirm that appropriate paperwork accompanies each set.
- Scan games as part of processing requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly wage ranges from $19.25 to $19.75. Benefits include medical, dental, prescription coverage, Health and Dependent FSAs, long-term disability, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, term life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, as well as paid vacation and sick leave.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical demands: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly; standing and walking continuously during shifts; fine motor skills including grasping; occasional requirements for sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Personal qualities: Must be self-driven, capable of working independently, with strong attention to detail, an aptitude for quality assurance, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
