HR Driver - Liquid

Role overview

This is a permanent full-time position based in Crestmead, Queensland. The job involves servicing multiple customer locations and collecting liquid waste such as grease traps and septic material into a tanker for transport to a disposal facility for recycling. You will operate a safe, modern, and dependable fleet while following company procedures and completing all related paperwork and records accurately.

Working hours and pay

• Day shift role, typically starting around 4:00 am
• Work is Monday to Friday, with overtime when needed
• Pay rate is $34.08 per hour, with overtime paid at applicable penalty rates
• A $1,500 retention bonus is paid every 3 months

What you will do

• Drive and operate vehicles and equipment in line with company requirements
• Collect liquid waste from customer sites and transport it safely to the disposal plant
• Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and records for all work completed
• Follow safety procedures and support the company’s zero-harm approach

What you need

• A manual HR licence or a higher class licence
• A clean driving history
• A positive, dependable attitude and a willingness to learn
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
• Ability to obtain a National Police Check, which will be paid for by the employer
• Waste industry experience is not essential
