Role Overview

Printemps Doha is seeking a Hostess to join its upscale dining and retail setting. The role centers on creating a polished, attentive, and welcoming first impression for guests while supporting smooth front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a cordial and professional manner as they arrive.
• Lead guests to their tables and share menus whenever needed.
• Take care of reservation handling and keep booking details accurately updated.
• Plan seating to support an orderly guest flow and faster table movement.
• Manage waiting lists and clearly communicate expected wait times.
• Work closely with the restaurant team to improve seating efficiency and overall guest satisfaction.
• Respond to guest questions and provide consistently high-quality service.
• Keep the reception and waiting spaces neat, organized, and inviting.

Experience and Requirements

• Prior experience of 2 to 3 years in a hostess role within a restaurant, hospitality, or luxury environment.
• Strong verbal communication and people skills.
• Well-presented with a courteous and upbeat approach.
• Confidence in addressing guest issues and resolving concerns effectively.
• Excellent customer orientation and strong organizational ability.

Additional Information

• Candidates must be willing to relocate to company accommodation.
• Immediate joining is required.
• A valid NOC for transfer is mandatory.
